网页 is the everyday word for a single web page, and it often appears with verbs like 打开 (dǎkāi, open) or 刷新 (shuāxīn, refresh). Example: 这个网页打不开。(Zhège wǎngyè dǎ bu kāi.) This web page won't open.

网 (wǎng) means net, like a fishing net or the Internet, and 页 (yè) means page, like a page in a book. Put them together and you get a page on the net: a web page.
