至今 is a slightly formal adverb that links a past starting point to the present. It usually goes before the verb, and it often appears with 还 or 仍 or with a negative. Example: 这个问题至今没有解决。(Zhège wèntí zhìjīn méiyǒu jiějué.) This problem has not been solved to this day.
